The Abbot's Kitchen now stands isolated. Originally, it would have been joined to the Abbot's hall and close to the garden and the Abbot's House. No significant parts of these remain visible.

The Abbot must have been a powerful person to have had such a grand kitchen. If we look at the kitchen we can imagine what the hall and house would have been like!
